Characteristics: | A pioneer in the association of two autochthonous varieties, Assyrtiko and Malagousia. Contact with the skin is maintained for several hours and is followed by alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control at 18-20°C. Bright in color with greenish tints, it has a distinctive nose with impressions of exotic fruits and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon and lemon. On the palate it has a rich, round taste with a lemony aftertaste. |

Food pairing: | Fresh shellfish, grilled or steamed fish or white meat are good choices for the main course. A wonderful partner for Asian cuisine, pasta with white sauces, appetizers, tomato and feta salads. Optimal serving temperature 8-10°C. |
