| Characteristics: | This wine is produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety grown in several lots on the Gerovassiliou Estate. After contact with the solids, it is fermented in French oak barrels and then matured on the lees for several months. The wine has a bright, golden-yellow color, a bouquet of tropical notes including notes of pineapple, melon and warm notes of vanilla on the palate. Durability, complexity and structure are some of the benefits given by oak. |
