Evangelos Gerovassilliou is credited with reviving this variety and the Malagousia wine he produces is a benchmark, round, soft and supple, with ethereal floral and fruity aromas, along with hints of oak. |

Characteristics: | This wine is produced entirely from the Greek grape variety Malagousia, which was saved from extinction by the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou. After contact with the solid parts, which is intended to enhance the extraction of aromas, it is partially fermented in barrel and then matured on the yeast for several months, gaining depth in aroma and floral aromas. The wine has a bright straw color with greenish hues and an aroma of ripe fruits such as pear, mango and citrus. On the palate, rich lemon peel flavors make it even more attractive, adding a well-balanced finish. |
