Characteristics: | Soft, yellow-green colour, of remarkable clarity. The marriage of the cosmopolitan and fragrant Sauvignon and the Greek Assyrtiko produces a wine with a strong aroma reminiscent of exotic fruits, peaches and citrus. This blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Assyrtiko has a full nose, a rich, cool and beautifully balanced aroma, pleasant acidity and a long, elegant but subtle finish. |
More information: | The vineyards are located on the southern slopes of Mount Pangeon, which give maximum yield for the required acidity. The stony soil is one of the most important factors, leading to the high quality of this wine. The climate is influenced by the fresh breeze of the Aegean Sea, which stimulates grape production. Summers are dry with cool nights. |
