Typical aromas and rich tannins appeal to this quality wine. It is an iconic, robust red wine ideal for ageing, produced on the slopes of Mount Pangeon in Kokkinochori, Kavala, from the “Bordeaux” varieties of Cabernet and Merlot and, of course, by Biblia Chora. |

Characteristics: | A dark purple wine that has been aged for approximately 12 months in new French oak barrels. It has a pure and complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, caramel, cedar, chocolate and some spicy notes on the finish. A full and intense aroma, full-bodied, with good structure and high tannin content, which gives it a long aftertaste and good aging potential. |

Food pairing: | It can be drunk as an aperitif or you can enjoy it during the meal. It goes perfectly with grilled beef or pork, meatballs with tomato sauce, meat pie, pasta bolognese.
