Characteristics: | Full-bodied red wine with abundant aromas of red fruits, notes of eucalyptus and green pepper. Meaty and rich in the mouth. Soft, with ripe tannins and a velvety taste. Ageing potential :6-10 years . |
Vinification: | Classic red wine vinification, with a long maceration period of 25 days. The entire winemaking process takes place under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial cold maceration stage to the end. Aging for 12 months in French oak 70% new – 30% in used 2nd year barrels and minimum 6 months in bottle. |
