Good concentration and balanced acidity with firm, mature tannins. Long finish with hints of spices. Ageing potential: 15 years. |
| Vinification: | Selection, destemming, crushing fermentation, malolactic fermentation, ageing in new (30%) and old French oak barrels (12 months). Light filtration. |
